Play on computer

Simply double click the sound and it will play in your default audio player.

Play on "iDevice"

If you have downloaded the sound on your iPhone, open the app named 'Files' and tap the audio file there.

"How do I transfer from my computer to my "iDevice"?"

Mac

Connect your device to your Mac, select your device name in Finder and click the Music Tab to use the sync function.

PC

Connect your device to your PC and use iTunes so sync your sound files. There are more alternative ways that you can search for online.

"How do I play mp3 files on repeat from the Files app on iPhone?"

I suggest getting a free media player app like 'VLC'. Tap the audio file and chose to send it to VLC (icon in lower left corner). You can now loop it.

"How do I open zip files?"

On an iPhone, you just open the files app and tap the zip file.
On computers there is generally always a built in support for zip files. You can also download 7zip, which is free.
