Can I listen to the samples on my iPad or iPod?

Yes. Simply download using a computer and use iTunes to move the MP3 files to your "iDevice". Apple does not support downloading of files directly on their "iDevices". Or just use your computer and listen from there.

What should I do when listenting to these samples?

Simply try and relax, close your eyes and try to make sure you will not be distracted while listening.

I just want the samples. I don't want to sign up to a mailing list.
